Here's the itinerary for the first week.

Sept 8: fly to Las Vegas
Sept 9: Vegas
Sept 10: fly to Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Sept 11: Ft. Lauderdale/ Miami
Sept 12: Ft. Lauderdale/ Miami
Sept 13: fly to San Juan, Puerto Rico
Sept 14: fly to San Jose, Costa Rica
Sept 15: Costa Rica
Sept 16 Costa Rica
Sept 17: fly to Orlando
Sept 18: Orlando
Sept 19: ?

    I Suggest Salt Lake City visit johnny long arms for 2 days then Denver you got Capt. Clarke hike your way up to Seattle for some coffee straight down to Bogotá Columbia for the beans and finish in New Orleans

    We've been to Old San Juan, and can relate to the interesting sights and sounds you speak of and more. However, we didn't have the opportunity to attend a chicken party :-)
